Yesterday I finally finished the rabbit hutch (two months later). The third cage with nesting box is now in the top portion, and Jane is occupying her spacious new penthouse suite.
Since we figured out the truth about Bi-Curious George, we wanted to get Jane moved out
quickly. While we want them to mate, the amount of time they spent in the same cage makes it pretty likely that they have at least once when we weren't looking. And assuming they have, when Jane's pregnancy horomones start kicking in she'll be very territorial and could beat George to death if they shared space full-time. So I spent a couple afternoons building the box and cage, and voila! It is done. Pics are posted below. One of the next posts should be from Lauren about a delicious recipe she made up.
